Victoria Park Firework Display in Victoria Park has been cancelled this year!

Good News is! Tower Hamlets Council will be staging three smaller shows instead:

The council have decided to stage three community fireworks displays across the borough to enable more residents to enjoy the festivities. The Victoria Park fireworks event had become so popular with numbers swelling each year it was decided on health and safety grounds not to hold it at Victoria Park this year.

Instead the council will host 3 simultaneous fireworks displays at Millwall Park, Bartlett Park and Weavers Fields at 7.30pm on Saturday 5th November.  This will ensure residents can enjoy a safe fireworks night closer to their homes, avoiding the larger crowds that come with a single bigger display. More info from the council...
